We record the patient’s current medical situation, medication, physical and emotional condition, sleep patterns, current pain, mobility and aids, diet, allergies, blood pressure, pulse, temperature, doctors, pharmacists and more. This allows us to recommend the level of care required to enable us to our quote to the patient’s loved ones.
